Space for spirits! We spent nine evenings getting to know more about the world of spirits, finding out the difference between liqueurs and brandies and the distinguishing features of the most famous distillates. The winner received a one-month paid internship at Distillerie Berta.

Ten evenings dedicated to wine, offering insights into sensory analysis and tastings of the great Italian wines. A final tasting test. A scholarship for the three levels of the AIS Sommelier Course, a technical course culminating in qualification as a professional sommelier.
